  • NO faxed or emailed transcripts will be accepted. See the list above for electronic transcript services used by the Eligibility Center.

What Else Do I Need To Know About Sending Transcripts?

Sending transcripts through your school's High School Portal is the fastest way to get in the game. Your school's primary user can upload your records electronically directly into our system. If you choose not to utilize this method, and will be submitting a hard copy transcript, it is not required to include a cover page, however, sending the hard copy transcript with the personalized cover page from your online To Do List speeds reduces the processing time.

You need to wait to send your transcripts until the transcript includes all completed coursework through graduation (unless you qualify for an early decision).

You should send a complete, official transcript as SOON as it is available. Don't wait until your sport season starts to get eligible. You need an eligible decision before you can compete in the NAIA.
