Procedures for NAIA Member Institutions

Our members play a crucial role in the eligibility partnership. Here are some tips to help students and parents navigate the eligibility process. For more detailed information, we have created this NAIA Members Roles Overview document.

NAIA Directors of Athletics

  • Be sure your school’s info in NAIAHelp is current and grant access to PlayNAIA.org to your staff through NAIAHelp.
  • Check out the line-up of valuable resources available to you and your staff.
  • Designate a point person for communications with the center then list them as the 'EC Contact Person' in NAIAHelp.
  • Set expectations with students, parents and athletic administration; delayed engagement = getting sidelined.
  • Review the eligibility process, roles and responsibilities with your FAR, coaches, athletics and admissions staff.

NAIA Faculty Athletics Representatives / Registrars / Compliance Staff
