NAIA Admissions Office Role in the Process

 STAFF ROLES

As an optional part of the registration process, a prospective student can choose to participate in the NAIA Connections Service which helps students and NAIA schools find each other and get the conversation started.

Students can search for NAIA schools that meet their criteria (location, number of students, public or private, areas of study, sports offered) and send a Sport Resume via email to up to five institutions.

The Sport Resume also includes GPA and high school activities and honors.

When the admissions office contact receives an email notification and link to a prospective student’s Sport Resume, this indicates the student has identified your school as one of their choices. It's important that the admissions office follows up on these prospective student leads.

An archive of your institution's inquiries is housed in PlayNAIA Manager on the PlayNAIA.org website. Those admissions office staff who have been given login access to PlayNAIA Manager by the athletics director will be able to search through both the institution's inquires and all students who are participating in the Connections Service.
