Where Do I Send Fee Waivers?
The #1 recommended fee waiver approval process is through the NAIA High School Portal. Please have the primary user of your high school confirm student fee waivers by logging on to your school's profile on this site and completing the fee waiver confirmation on your school's student list.
Fee Waivers may also be mailed, faxed or emailed:
Hard copy fee waiver confirmation address:
NAIA Eligibility Center - Fee Waiver Confirmation
P.O. Box 15340
Kansas City, MO 64106
Email: [email protected]
*Note: Submitting by mail, fax or email reduces the time it takes to receive and process the fee waiver. Transcripts may not be faxed or emailed. We recommend using the NAIA High School Portal as the fastest and most reliable method for approving or denying student fee waiver requests.
What Are the Qualifications for a Fee Waiver?
For students currently in high school, fee waivers are available based on need to students who:
- qualify for a waiver of the ACT or SAT testing fees or
- qualify for a federal free or reduced-priced school lunch program or
- qualify for a minimum of $4,500 in Federal Pell Grants.
What Else Do I Need to Know About Fee Waivers?
Hard copy, faxed or emailed fee waiver confirmations take longer to process than fee waiver approvals done through the NAIA High School Portal. To confirm a fee waiver through mail, email or fax, an official letter must be sent to the Eligibility Center by the high school counselor's office, principal's office or college financial aid office confirming exactly which qualification the student meets. This letter must contain the student's NAIA ID#, so be sure the student is registered before sending the fee waiver to the NAIA. A sample fee waiver appears below to help you. Find detailed instructions here: please download the instructions and read carefully before submitting the fee waiver.
